Our Purpose
Driving Translational Impact from Bench to Real‑World Application
To advance patient‑derived organoid (PDO) technologies that generate functional, high‑resolution insights across diseases, empowering researchers, innovators, and healthcare partners to accelerate discovery, refine therapeutic strategies, and drive translational impact from bench to real‑world application.
Why Personalized Cancer Treatment Matters?
Every person’s cancer is different. Tumours can vary in how quickly they grow and how they respond to treatment. Because of this, standard “one‑size‑fits‑all” treatment guidelines may not always identify the therapy that works best for an individual patient. Although genetic testing (NGS) has helped doctors understand more about each tumour, many patients do not have genetic changes that clearly point to a specific drug. This means doctors may still have limited information when choosing between chemotherapy or targeted therapy options. This challenge predicting which treatment will work best for a specific patient remains one of the most important unmet needs in modern cancer care.

Proprietary Organoid Technology
Our proprietary organoid technology uses 3D cultures of patient‑derived tumour cells grown within a defined extracellular matrix and specialised media. These cells self‑organize into a miniaturized “tumour‑in‑a‑dish,” creating a patient‑specific Tumour Avatar that closely mirrors the histological, genetic, and functional characteristics of the original tumour. This platform enables reliable expansion, biobanking, and repeated drug testing across chemotherapy, targeted therapies, ADCs, and experimental agents. It also supports co‑culture with stromal and immune components, allowing us to model tumour–microenvironment interactions and evaluate immunotherapy responses with greater biological relevance.
